Department Home Care

Home Care provides intermittent, part-time or extended hours of skilled nursing and home aide services to patients in their place of residence.  Home Care also provides Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy services based on the assessed needs of the individual patient.

Services are available
Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 
Services are available in the evening and on weekends/holidays on an “on-call” basis providing 24-hour coverage for emergencies.  There is an R.N. “on-call” at all times to respond to inquiries and Home Care provides an after-business-hours answering service to handle inquiries and emergencies.

Home Care provides service to residents of White, Carroll, and Cass counties.  Home Care provides service to all populations and doesn’t discriminate against any person because of age, color, creed, sex, sexual preference, diagnosis, national origin or handicap.
