FOUNDATION 2010 Golf Outing
The 15th Annual WCMH Foundation Golf Tournament at Tippecanoe Country Club, Monticello, IN. Awards following the tournament.

The Foundation Golf Outing proceeds will be used to help fund several small "Grassroots" capital projects at the hospital. Examples of previous grants of this nature include a portable air concentrator, an infant intubation simulator, office furniture and preventative maintenance software.

GOLFER
$75 per golfer or $250 for team of 4
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Each golfer receives green fees, golf cart, gift bag and lunch. |

This golf event is a fundraiser for the White County Memorial Hospital Foundation. We are a 501 (c)3 tax exempt organization. Your contribution may be tax deductible.
