WCMH FOUNDATION EVENTS

There are many fundraising events held throughout the year to help raise money. Some events have a specific goal in mind for equipment that needs to be purchased, while others raise money for projects, such as Grassroots Grants, which allows different departments in the Hospital to submit requests for needed equipment.

The events give you a chance to get out and socialize while being a part of something special. In 2009 our Fashion Show "Fashion in Bloom" raised money for a pediatric crash cart for the Emergency Room and an adult crash cart for the Clinic. There was a silent auction to help raise money along with ticket sales to the event. Attendees got to socialize and watch a fashion show of local models modeling new styles from local businesses.

The Gala, is a time to get all dressed up, and attend a black tie affair. Dance to the live music, enjoy a great meal, bid on auction items and socialize with friends.

The golf outing is held every year. Come out, have lunch and play a beautiful course. Come alone or as a foursome. There are also opportunites to be an event sponsor, hole sponsor and/or cart sponsor.

There are other ways to give with out going to events as well.
